The Markilux 791/891 Drop-Arm Cassette Retractable Window Awning
The Markilux 791/891 retractable awning has sliding arms to provide increased headroom. As the awning is extended, the arms automatically slide up the side rails. This is another unique awning product resulting from years of experience and our renowned Quality German Engineering.
This retractable awning's cassette is just 4" in height and constructed of extruded aluminum. When retracted, the awning is fully enclosed within the cassette for an elegant appearance and full protection for the awning. The spring-assisted closing mechanism closes the cassette automatically when the awning is retracted. The tensioning springs in the arms enable friction-free movement and guarantee a taut awning cover every time. The 791 presents a square cassette profile, the 891 presents a round cassette profile.

Awning Dimensions
The 791-891 retractable window awning is custom-sized to your precise requirements, with a maximum width of 23 feet and maximum drop of 8.2 feet.
Awning Drives & Operation
The awning can be installed for manual installation from inside the building via a smooth gearbox and universal joint. An electric motor with remote control operation can be installed for added convenience, and this awning can also be equipped with Sensor-Controlled Automatic Operation.
