The Markilux 8500 sunroom or canopy commercial awning has all of the structural characteristics of the Markilux 8000 retractable commercial awning. The distinction for the 8500 model is that it is installed with indented guide tracks. Instead of the guide tracks being on the outside edges of the awning, they are indented so the awning can extend wider than the guide tracks to cover beveled roof areas. This optimizes the shade solution for buildings with this common design accent.The guide tracks can be indented as much as 47 inches. If the system in asymmetrical, then the awning can be indented a maximum of 16 inches.
